City Council Hearing on Property Tax Exemption for Wealthy Nonprofits

The Committee on Children and Youth of the Council of the City of Philadelphia held a Public Hearing on Wednesday, March 3, 2021, at 2:00​ PM, in a remote manner using Microsoft® Teams to hear testimony on the following items: 210034 Resolution authorizing the Committee on Children and Youth to conduct hearings examining the relationship between the property tax exemption for wealthy nonprofits on the School District’s budget and the resulting environmental hazards in School District facilities on the health and safety of Philadelphia’s most vulnerable children.
